Location: Cleveland, OH
In 2010, plans began for a $750 million redevelopment to create a vibrant public gathering space along the Cuyahoga River and bring new life and energy back to the Cleveland Flats. By 2016, the space provided new housing, dining, and riverside entertainment to residents and visitors alike.
The project scope included 385 shaft foundations, 19,000 square feet of decking, 975 lineal feet of custom railing topped with beautifully sculpted wood handrail, decorative retaining walls, and long brick paver walks. A truly remarkable transformation for the community that Future Fabricating was honored to be part of, creating the metal railing, stair rail, and guardrail throughout the boardwalk.
