IBC (International Building Council)
Chapter 17/Section 1704.2.2 for building structural fabrications allows the use of AISC certified fabricators for the purpose of satisfying the inspection and acceptance criteria of structural fabricated items. Using and specifying AISC certified fabrication companies like Future Fabricating ensures compliance with the building codes without the costs, hazards and headaches associated with the use of non-certified fabricators. Insist your specified and or contracted fabricator is AISC certified for your project.

AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials)
This federal body dictates the standard designs of our infrastructure including highways, bridges, ports, dams, airports, and other significant infrastructure items. The only auditing and code council bodies typically recognized by AASHTO for federal and state projects requiring metal manufacturing and coating is the certification of the fabricators facilities and processes by AISC, AWS & SSPC. Future Fabricating has held these certifications since 2006 and we are prequalified for Federal projects along with being listed as pre-approved fabricators for the majority of State DOT (Department of Transportation) markets.

AWS/CWI (Certified Welding Inspectors) Future Fabricating features in house personnel holding this professional designation to ensure the welding procedures, welding operators and equipment used on your project meet the industry’s most recognized welding requirements.
AWS (American Welding Society) At Future Fabricating our welders are certified for each major process and code required for fabricating steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, bronze and nickel silver. The welder certifications are available upon request.
